Artemis Search Partners is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for one of its clients, a well established and reputable insurance agency.  This is a full time, permanent position directly with the insurance agency with full benefits package offered. 

Position Title:  Administrative Support Specialist  

Location:  Indianapolis, IN

Position Type:  Full time, permanent

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides highest level of administrative and clerical support for the organization and clients.
  • Works heavily in company database, ensuring accuracy of data entry.
  • Communicates with customers via email.  Sends clients notification of policy renewals. 
  • Enters and sets up renewal applications and new business submissions into company database system. 
  • Works in company database, agency management system and with document imaging system. Reviews applications and follows procedures. 
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma. Additional education helpful. 
  • Prior administrative support experience in professional corporate environment required.
  • Any prior insurance industry experience helpful.  
  • Knowledge and successful experience working with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Superior data entry and database management skills required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.
