Position Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Responsibilities:
  • Holds responsibility for accounts and day to day policy management, maintenance and servicing.
  • Provides timely, accurate and courteous service to clients and prospects
  • Manages new business sales, cross-sells when appropriate and provides policy servicing
  • Provides inside sales for walk in customers and call in customers
  • Works toward agency retention goals
  • Documents client communication via phone, fax, email, mail etc. into system
  • May occasionally file claims to carrier for customer
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
  • Current and active P&C License required
  • Efficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook required
  • Prior working knowledge and experience with agency management systems required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized and detail oriented is required
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain deadlines is required
  • Strong problem solving ability required
  • Positive attitude with team oriented mindset is required
